How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

**Please note, if you ship to one of the international locations we offer, the price you pay is only for the shipping, not the customs charges (if any). The custom charges will be your sole responsibility, we do not calculate or control custom charges.
I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I return my product?

Returns and Refunds
If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you have 15 days from the date of purchase to return the product for a store credit for the full amount in which you paid, minus shipping. Return Policy Original sales receipt must accompany returns. We accept returns for exchange or refund 7 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion after 7 and before 15 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". No returns special order's or a custom order -unless noted that it can be returned. If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately. Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. Shipping costs are the financial responsibility of the customer. Upon receipt of the product, we will issue you your store credit or refund.

I received the wrong product.

When will my order ship?
  We strive to get all orders shipped within 2-3 business days. It is important to note that sometimes (especially during new product launches) first class orders could take an extra business day or two before shipping. Once your order has shipped, you should receive an email confirmation of the shipment. Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
