Healer Balancing Toner February 22, 2021 Reviewer: Beth Bustos from Albuquerque, NM United States   I like this light-weight toner. It sprays on and absorbs quickly. It has a slightly medicinal fragrance, so I prefer to use it at night before going to sleep.  My skin seems to not be as oily. The true test will be after the cold dry winter months end and the days get hotter. I live in a dry desert climate, so I will see how the toner works during  the summer months.
