-Dip tip of Ultra Fine Eyeliner Brush into gel formula (coat both sides of brush head).
-Wipe off excess on tissue before applying to eye. Work quickly as product becomes transfer-resistant once dry.

I have tried almost EVERY waterproof and smudgeproof liner known to man (MAC, Makeup Forever, Stila, Tart, Revlon, Chanel and Bobbie Brown to name a few) and this one works better than all of those.  I don't know if there really is one perfect one but this is close.  It lasts most of the day and even thru working out.  It only tends to smudge a bit on the bottom outside corner at the end of the day.  I have very small eyes so this happens with them all but usually happens an hour after I apply.  I will keep using this (while I try others because I am on a quest).  This is as perfect as perfect is today!
